If you enjoy solving complex technical challenges, influencing engineering best practices, and working with modern cloud technologies in a collaborative fintech environment, we encourage you to apply.Work Schedule: Hybrid – In-office Tuesdays and Thursdays.What You'll DoDesign, build, and maintain automated test frameworks for scalable cloud-native distributed backend systems.Partner with engineering teams and business stakeholders to turn user needs into clear test strategies and quality standards.Build and maintain reliable automated test coverage for third-party API and platform integrations.Build and maintain reliable load testing scenarios and pipelines for large and complex distributed systems.Evaluate testing approaches and trade-offs, providing technical guidance aligned with business goals and risk tolerance.Deliver accurate test estimates and communicate quality status and risk effectively.Support production systems through monitoring, regression testing, and operational quality improvements.Investigate, isolate, and document defects within large-scale distributed systems.Create and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and QA documentation.Improve test tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and automated build/release quality gates.Mentor engineers on quality practices and foster a culture of learning, feedback, and craftsmanship.Stay current with emerging QA tools, testing methodologies, and engineering best practices.Leverage AI tools and technologies to enhance test automation workflows and productivity.
