Main responsibilities:

• Reviewing and approving invoices in the system;
• Coordinating the billing process across assigned territories;
• Overseeing the onboarding process for new specialists;
• Implementing processes to optimize billing and improve overall efficiency;
• Communicating and providing feedback to team members and clients;
• Conducting team performance evaluations and providing up‑to‑date data to clients.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to solve problems efficiently;
• Strong leadership skills with proven experience in successfully coordinating a team (2–3 people);
• Confident user of the MS Office suite;
• English proficiency at B2+ level;
• At least 1 year of experience in billing;
• Experience working with SAP ERP systems will be an advantage;
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs.
