IT Support Technician II

Assist end users through remote sessions via chat, phone, and email Visit Los Angeles client offices to provide IT support Support clients across diverse technical environments and cloud infrastructure components Simplify complex technical solutions and convey them to end users Interact with all levels of clients' businesses, from the front desk to the CEO Work with technologies including Meraki, macOS, Windows Desktop OS, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, OneLogin, SentinelOne, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, DNS Filter, Datto/Backupify, Comet Backup, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, RingCentral, Addigy, and Microsoft Intune Requirements Knowledge of common business technologies Experience working in diverse technical environments and with various cloud infrastructure components Technical skill-set and staying up to date with the latest technology trends Ability to quickly incorporate new techniques and processes Ability to interact with each level of the client's business, from the front desk to the CEO Ability to simplify complex technical solutions and convey them to end users Basic knowledge and proficiency in several of the listed tools is preferred Minimum of 3+ years working in IT, with a focus on help desk and customer support Dedicated working environment/home office with stable internet connection Availability from 7am–4pm Pacific Time, Monday through Friday excluding holidays Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in providing IT support across diverse technical environments and cloud infrastructure, with a strong ability to simplify complex solutions for end users. Proficient in utilizing various business technologies and maintaining effective communication with clients at all organizational levels.
