Project Coordinator

Our client, a well-established construction company in San Diego, is seeking a Project Coordinator to support their project management and operations teams. This position is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys coordinating multiple priorities, maintaining project documentation, and communicating with internal teams, vendors, subcontractors, and clients.ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative and project coordination support to Project Managers and construction teamsMaintain accurate project files, records, contracts, invoices, purchase orders, and other documentationAssist with project scheduling, tracking deadlines, and coordinating meetings and site activitiesCommunicate with subcontractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding project updates and documentationPrepare, update, and distribute project reports, status updates, meeting notes, and other correspondenceTrack project deliverables, approvals, change orders, invoices, and outstanding itemsAssist with processing purchase orders, invoices, and other project-related financial documentationCoordinate material, vendor, and subcontractor information as neededHelp ensure project documentation is complete, organized, and up to dateSupport multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and shifting prioritiesPerform general administrative duties and other project-related tasks as needed
