Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - $5K SIGN ON BONUS

Full-Time, Part-Time, Per Diem, or PRN

Parklands Care Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)to join our dynamic in-house rehab team. This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive environment focused on patient-centered care in a subacute rehabilitation setting.

Position Highlights:

• Flexible scheduling options: full-time, part-time, per diem, and PRN

• In-house therapy – no contracting agencies

• Sign-on bonus available

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver high-quality, in-house subacute rehabilitation services to improve residents' functional abilities and daily living skills.

• Collaborate with occupational therapists and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care.

• Accurately document patient progress and participate in care planning meetings.

Qualifications:

• Current Florida licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).

• Prior experience in subacute rehab or long-term care preferred but not required.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
