What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):

• Assist in onsite metal panel fabrication, operating tools and machines with precision.

• Load and drive Class A or B commercial vehicles across Florida, ensuring safe, on-time deliveries.

• Support warehouse operations, including staging, receiving, inventory management, and product inspection.

• Perform equipment checks and complete daily logs for maintenance and compliance.

• Lift and transport materials (50+ lbs), working both indoors and outdoors as needed.

• Communicate clearly with dispatch, fellow team members, and customers on site.

• 98%+ On-time delivery rate

• <2% panel fabrication rework rate

• 100% compliance on daily safety and maintenance logs

• 97%+ warehouse inventory accuracy

• Zero preventable incidents or safety violations

• Positive field crew and dispatcher feedback

What You Bring:

• CDL Class A or B license preferred (clean driving record required)

• Experience in fabrication, roofing supply, or warehouse operations is a plus

• Strong mechanical skills, attention to detail, and commitment to safety

• Ability to lift and move heavy materials regularly

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred (not required)

• Team-oriented, solutions-driven, and always ready to go the extra mile
