• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and heating systems
• Maintain curb appeal at all times
• Complete all maintenance requests issued in a timely manner
• Diagnose and perform major, minor, and routine maintenance/repairs
• Ensure unit turns are timely and complete
• Schedule and complete preventive maintenance for in-unit & building systems
• Assist in monitoring all work being performed by outside vendors
• Ensure safety standards are implemented at all times
• Responsible for 24-hour emergency maintenance calls
• All other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

• HVAC Certification preferred
• 3 years+ experience in apartment, hotel, or healthcare maintenance
• Self-starter who is organized and efficient
• Strong customer service skills
• Knowledge and possession of small power tools
• Frequent need to lift/carry up to 75 lbs.

Other Qualifications :

• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
• Valid driver's license required
