Onsite in Irving | Contract-to-Hire | Min 18.50/hr+

a. Customer Care Representative

Schedule: Monday–Friday; 8 AM–5 PM and 9 AM–6PM, with 1–2 Saturdays a month 8 AM–12 PM.

Job Description:

  Answering incoming calls from customers who need assistance with their account, payment information, title requests, and payment options.

 

b. Customer Accounts Representative

Schedule: Monday–Friday; 8 AM–5 PM with two

late nights a week 11 AM–8 PM (late nights are never on Friday), plus 1–2 Saturdays a month 8 AM–12 PM.

 

Job Description:

Light collection’s role, calling customers who are 1–29 days past due—a courtesy call. This is still heavily

customer‑service focused. You may help customers update credit card info,

change expired payment methods, set up autopay, or reset passwords.

 

c. Title Associate – Customer Service Support (Role 3)

Schedule: Monday–Friday 8 AM–5 PM

 

(You may occasionally work 7 AM–4 PM or 9 AM–6 PM depending on business needs.)

 

Other Information:

- 6-month contract to hire

-Onsite in Irving

-Looking for career minded individuals

-Will be cross-trained and moved between departments every few months or so

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $23.50/hr.
