Electrical Superintendent – Lead Commercial & Industrial Power SystemsAs an Electrical Superintendent, you will serve as the primary field leader directing large-scale commercial and industrial electrical installations across government and federal project sites. You will drive high-stakes project execution while empowering field crews and upholding rigorous safety and quality standards. This role gives you the platform to manage complex power distribution projects from start to finish within a rapidly growing organization.Direct, manage, and mentor electrical crews executing complex commercial and industrial power distribution projects.Oversee the safe installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of switchgear, motor controls, branch circuits, and lighting systems.Plan daily field operations, delegate technical tasks, and align manpower to ensure project timelines and productivity targets are met.Interpret complex electrical blueprints, single-line diagrams, and project specifications to guide accurate field execution.Maintain strict adherence to the National Electrical Code (NEC), OSHA standards, and corporate safety protocols across all active jobsites.Conduct regular quality control inspections to verify that all workmanship meets high-quality construction standards.Communicate project milestones, material requirements, and field challenges directly to Project Managers and client representatives.Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience managing commercial and industrial electrical installations.Proven track record leading crews from project kickoff through final commissioning and closeout.Extensive working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), local building codes, and jobsite safety protocols.Demonstrated ability to read, interpret, and work from technical schematics, single-line diagrams, and architectural drawings.Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.Weekly pay cycle with overtime potential and dual bonus eligibility (Annual and Performance-Based).401(k) retirement savings program featuring competitive employer matching contributions.Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage plus Health Savings Account (HSA) options.Life and disability insurance plans to protect you and your family.Paid Time Off package covering vacation, personal days, holidays, and paid parental leave.Travel per diem provided for required out-of-town project assignments.Ongoing technical education, safety certifications, and manufacturer training programs.Complete personal protective equipment (PPE) supplied by the company.Regular company events and collaborative team initiatives.S&W Contracting Co, LLC specializes in high-quality traffic signalization, intelligent transportation systems, and infrastructure projects for government and federal agencies.
