Assistant Property Manager - Aspen Lakes/Wyndham Hill Apartments

Job Details Location: Aspen Lakes Apartments - Grand Rapids, MI 49505 Position Type: Full Time Education Level: High School Salary Range: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour Job Category: Management Responsibilities Maintain occupancy goals for the property Supervision and development of the leasing staff Maintain property appearance Administer tours and answer questions for prospective residents Address resident concerns and ensure overall resident satisfaction Implement and enforce community policies Use marketing strategies to secure prospective residents Conduct marketing outreach within the nearby community Assist management with posting rent Saturdays are required on a rotating schedule (schedule adjustment during the week) Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in the Multi‑Family Industry, preferably as a Leasing Manager, Assistant Manager or Property Manager A strong work ethic and willingness to learn Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational and leadership traits Strong focus on resident retention, renewals, resident events and open houses Strong attention to detail and sales ability Strong customer service skills and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Experience with Entrata or related programs is a plus High energy and positive attitude High‑school diploma or equivalent required Ability to pass background screening and drug test Valid Driver's License with automobile insurance required Benefits Full‑time, hourly position Competitive wage Comprehensive benefits plan (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability) 401(k) with employer matching Paid vacation and holidays Employee on‑site apartment discount available Equal Opportunity Statement Equal Opportunity Employer / Drug-Free Workplace.
