Product Marketing Manager

Position Summary

The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day marketing activities, growth initiatives, and brand performance for assigned products, service lines, and brands.

This role serves as the primary marketing contact for their assigned brands and is responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, optimizing, and reporting on all marketing activities. The Product Marketing Manager works closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, and operational leaders to ensure marketing initiatives are completed on time, aligned with business goals, and producing measurable results.

This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, data-driven, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Core Responsibilities

Brand Ownership & Strategy

• Serve as the primary marketing lead for assigned brands, ensuring consistent messaging, positioning, and brand standards across all channels. 
• Develop marketing strategies that align with business objectives, target audiences, and growth goals. 
• Act as the primary marketing liaison for brand stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Manage project intake, priorities, timelines, and deliverables while providing regular status updates and managing expectations. 

Campaign Planning, Content & Execution

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and community channels. 
• Lead development of marketing content including websites, blogs, landing pages, email campaigns, SMS campaigns, social media, and sales materials.
• Create marketing briefs, coordinate resources, and oversee campaign implementation from planning through launch. 
• Oversee website performance, content accuracy, user experience, and conversion optimization. 
• Manage SEO strategy, content opportunities, local search presence, and website analytics to improve visibility and lead generation. 
• Manage social media strategy, content planning, audience engagement, and performance reporting. 
• Oversee paid advertising campaigns, including targeting, creative development, optimization, agency coordination, and ROI tracking. 

Growth Marketing & Optimization

• Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion performance. 
• Develop testing roadmaps, execute marketing experiments, analyze results, and scale successful initiatives. 

Analytics & Performance Reporting – Working with India Team 

• Monitor marketing performance across all channels and campaigns. 
• Maintain dashboards, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Ensure marketing activities are tied to measurable business outcomes and ROI. 

Sales, Operations & Business Support

• Develop sales enablement materials, presentations, promotional assets, and communication plans. 
• Support product launches, operational initiatives, partnerships, events, and community outreach efforts.
• Support special projects, strategic initiatives, and other duties as assigned by leadership to meet evolving business and organizational needs.

Weekly Responsibilities
