This is a great opportunity for individuals with a hands‑on approach and the ability to effectively coach and mentor floor‑level staff. Experienced Plant Managers and Plant #2's are encouraged to apply! *Fresh-cut Produce experience is required to be considered for this position* Ideal candidates will have the following: Must have 10 years of food manufacturing Operations Leadership experience Hands‑on out on the floor style leading the development of the team Developer of people, process and systems Track record of delivering results using KPI's and CI programs such as Lean Manufacturing Ideal candidates will have experience with perishable products #J-18808-Ljbffr
