Bilingual Technical IT Recruiter

Responsibilities Participate in daily and status meetings with internal recruitment teams to review pipeline progress Maintain and update internal tracking systems to ensure accurate, real‑time visibility of all open positions Prepare and distribute daily internal reports summarizing key recruitment metrics Submit and manage job requisitions through the ATS tool Distribute validated requisitions to HITSS Solutions and approved third‑party vendors Coordinate and track the end-to-end candidate lifecycle Requirements Proven experience in technical/IT recruiting, staff augmentation, or talent delivery Working knowledge of IT roles and technology stacks (e.g., software engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, data, infrastructure) Familiarity with staffing commercial models — hourly/bill rates, margin considerations, SOW‑based engagements Hands‑on experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and pipeline/CRM tooling Strong written and verbal communication in English and Spanish (bilingual strongly preferred) Excellent organization and follow‑through #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
