We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of high school students. Key Responsibilities : Conduct regular testing and assessments to evaluate students needs and progress. Manage a high school counseling caseload, providing support and guidance to students. Collaborate with the ERMS team to ensure comprehensive support for students. Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies. Work closely with teachers, parents, and administrators to foster a supportive learning environment. Qualifications : Masters degree in School Psychology or related field. Valid California School Psychologist certification. Strong assessment and counseling skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
