While prior paralegal experience is not required, the role is intended for individuals who have worked in a legal or professional environment and can competently prepare, review, and manage legal documents under attorney supervision. Professionalism, strong communication, and a willingness to learn quickly are essential.

What You'll Do

• Draft and file collection complaints, summonses, and affidavits
• Review account histories and validate debt documentation
• Track service of process, court dates, and filing deadlines
• File documents with courts and administrative agencies
• Coordinate with process servers and court clerks
• Prepare garnishment orders, liens, and post-judgment motions

Pay & Details

• $30.00 – $40.00 per hour, depending on work experience, education, and demonstrated skill level
