We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Life Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will help individuals and families secure their financial future by identifying their needs and recommending appropriate life insurance solutions. Key Responsibilities Prospect, identify, and develop new client relationships through networking, referrals, and community engagement Conduct needs-based consultations to assess clients’ financial goals and protection needs Present and explain various life insurance products (term, whole, universal, etc.) in a clear and professional manner Customize policy recommendations based on clients’ financial situations and long-term objectives Prepare and process insurance applications accurately and efficiently Follow up with clients to provide ongoing service, policy reviews, and support Maintain detailed and accurate client records in CRM systems Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets Stay current on industry trends, product updates, and regulatory requirements #J-18808-Ljbffr Bankers Life
