Care Initiatives Hospice – Cedar Rapids seeks a compassionate Social Worker to provide comprehensive psychosocial care for patients at home, in care communities, and hospitals. You’ll meet families where they are, delivering personalized support with dignity and respect. Qualifications include a Master of Social Work (MSW) and an active LMSW license. Hospice experience is preferred, with ability to travel between locations within the region. #J-18808-Ljbffr
