Job Title Occupational Therapist Location Darlington, South Carolina Schedule / Job Type Contract | Days | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time (35-Hour Weekly Guarantee) Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans within a skilled nursing facility setting
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and quality of life
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as clinically appropriate
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs
- Active Occupational Therapist licensure in the state of South Carolina or eligibility to obtain
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current NBCOT certification
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
- Prior travel or contract therapy experience
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems used in long-term care environments
- Guaranteed 35 hours per week providing stability and consistency throughout your contract
- Opportunity to gain valuable SNF experience through a 13-week contract placement
