Senior Peer Recovery Specialist: Recovery Planning & Support
Gateway Foundation
Gateway Foundation is seeking a Peer Recovery Specialist II to provide recovery-oriented support to patients with substance use disorders in residential and outpatient settings. You will develop individualized recovery plans, participate in treatment team meetings, and deliver direct peer support 20–25 hours per week. You will document progress in the electronic health record, coordinate transportation, and identify relapse prevention strategies while building a supportive recovery-oriented #J-18808-Ljbffr Gateway Foundation
