What You'll Do

• Provide specialized neonatal care in a Level-III NICU with 34 beds, supporting high-risk pregnancies and critically ill newborns
• Collaborate with neonatologists, pediatric specialists, and ancillary teams to deliver family-centered healthcare
• Participate in transport staffings from regional hospitals, including staffing by neonatal nurses and respiratory therapists
• Perform assessments, monitor vital signs, and coordinate care plans for neonates
• Support high-acuity patient management and participate in multidisciplinary rounds
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the NICU setting

What You Need

• Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (cannot accept FNP, PNP, or other NP certifications)
• Minimum 2 years' experience as an NNP
• Active Florida license or eligible to obtain one
• Proven neonatal ICU skills and teamwork abilities

• Experience in high-risk neonatal care environments
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
