Sr Program Manager - Customer Test Benches

As a Senior Program Manager here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will lead and manage complex aerospace programs ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer requirements. You will be responsible for defining program scope, objectives, and deliverables while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive successful program execution. Your role will include developing and implementing program plans, managing timelines, budgets, and resources, and mitigating risks to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. You will report directly to our Sr Program Director and work from our Deer Valley, Arizona location. Honeywell Aerospace offers a hybrid work schedule with both in-office and remote options. In this role, you will support the aerospace business by leading the development and delivery of Anthem test benches (SITs) for business jet customers. You will oversee test rigs, simulation hardware and software, delivery of program-specific hardware, delivery of Core Anthem hardware, and other critical components from internal and third-party suppliers for the Anthem Avionics suite on leading business jet platforms. Responsibilities Lead and manage aerospace programs to ensure successful execution and delivery aligned with customer and business goals Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams Develop and implement detailed program plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation Monitor program progress and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues impacting program delivery Coordinate communication with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve concerns Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize program management processes Qualifications You Must Have Extensive experience in aerospace program management with a proven record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget Strong expertise in defining program scope, resource allocation, budget management, and risk mitigation Proficiency with program management tools, measures and methodologies tailored to aerospace industry requirements In-depth knowledge of aerospace industry standards, regulations, and best practices We Value Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics. Experience managing large-scale aerospace or defense programs Experience leading complex Software and electronic Hardware development.
