Accounts Payable Processor

Join Our Dynamic TeamJoin our dynamic team to process monthly field invoices and assist with weekly check runs in an on-site contract role with an award-winning builder of luxury homes.Position TypeContract, On-SiteRequiredExperience with production home builders, luxury residential builders, multifamily developers, or residential general contractors.Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Good communication skills.Organized and detail-oriented.Ability to follow instructions.PreferredAP experience.Experience with Oracle JDE and Concur.ResponsibilitiesProcess monthly field invoices for specific projects and/or divisions.Assist in reviewing weekly check runs and help accomplish weekly deadlines.If your background aligns with what we're looking for, you may receive a call from Ava, our virtual recruiter, for a brief screening conversation.
