DESCRIPTION SUMMARY: Locally owned and operated buisiness is looking for a Store Manager. The Store manager is responsible for opening new accounts, maintaining customer relationships and compliance responsibities for a consumer lending company that offers four loan products.

We are a locally owned and operated company with multple locations in Chattanooga area.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide excellent customer service
• Accurately performs financial transactions in accordance with company policy, state and federal guidelines maintaining the highest standards.
• Be a Team Player at all times.
• Completes all tasks as assigned and directed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to maintain excellent customer relations.
• Great people skills.
• Basic computer knowledge, keyboard proficiency, and Internet navigation skills.
• Marketing ablilities.
• Evaluate and approve new customer loans.

EDUCATION and SKILLS:

• Great People Skills
• Basic Computer Skills

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

• English or Bilingual (Spanish)
• Excellent Communicator
