Research Associate

We are seeking an experienced Research Associate to support the design, execution, and communication of health outcomes research initiatives. This individual will play a key role in evaluating the clinical, economic, and humanistic value of healthcare interventions through data analysis, literature reviews, and evidence generation activities. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate complex scientific information into clear, actionable insights. Key Responsibilities Support the design and execution of health outcomes and real-world evidence research studies. Conduct database analyses, systematic literature reviews, and health economic modeling activities. Analyze, interpret, and summarize scientific and healthcare data to support strategic decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including medical affairs, market access, and commercial teams, to align research objectives with business and clinical strategies. Assist in the development of scientific communications, including abstracts, posters, manuscripts, presentations, and publications. Coordinate project activities, advisory boards, stakeholder meetings, and best-practice sharing initiatives. Ensure research projects are delivered on time and in accordance with study objectives and quality standards. Required Qualifications Bachelor's, Master's, or equivalent degree in Health Economics, Public Health, Life Sciences, Epidemiology, or a related field. 8-10 years of experience in health outcomes research, HEOR, healthcare analytics, or a related discipline. Strong understanding of health economics, outcomes research methodologies, and real-world evidence generation. Experience conducting data analysis and interpreting scientific or healthcare datasets. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience developing scientific publications and presentation materials. Strong project coordination and cross-functional collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced research environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
