Our client, a leading organization in healthcare research, is seeking a Research Associate to join their team for a 6-month contract. As a Research Associate, you will be part of the Health Outcomes Research Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Research Associate Location: Groton, CT (100% onsite) Pay Range: $40-45 What's the Job? Support the design and execution of health outcomes research studies, including database analysis, literature reviews, and modeling. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of outcomes research with medical and marketing strategies. Assist in developing scientific communications such as abstracts, posters, presentations, and publications. Coordinate activities such as advisory panels and best practice sharing with program stakeholders. Analyze and interpret scientific data to contribute to strategic planning and decision-making. What's Needed? Degree in Health Economics, Public Health, Life Sciences, or a related field. 8-10 years of relevant experience in health outcomes research or related areas. Strong analytical and research skills, including familiarity with health economics and outcomes research methods. Ability to interpret and summarize scientific data clearly and accurately.
