Salary: $60,000 - 80,000 per year

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Foundational understanding of personal finance and financial concepts, with the ability to explain them clearly. Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills, including the ability to structure conditional statements and decision logic. Comfort working with data models and understanding how financial and operational data move through systems. Basic programming knowledge in JavaScript and/or Python, and willingness to learn new technologies and tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including clear documentation of requirements, logic, and processes. Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through. Ability to manage assigned responsibilities in a fast-paced product development environment. Interest in and willingness to use artificial intelligence as part of day-to-day work. Self-motivated, curious, and prepared to take ownership of assigned responsibilities. Commitment to accuracy, quality, and high standards. Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Responsibilities:

Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design to turn business needs into clear product and technical specifications. Define user-facing and system experiences that communicate financial and operational outcomes. Build structured decision logic, including binary and multi-branch decision trees, to assess data and produce consistent outputs. Identify, model, and document data inputs, mapping information across existing data models and systems. Record business requirements, system logic, workflows, and data flows to support development and implementation. Configure business logic and workflows using low-code and configuration-driven tools. Create basic JavaScript and Python functions to evaluate data and generate or select appropriate outputs. Design and prototype basic components or plugins within component-driven frameworks. Test and validate system outputs against business requirements and expected results. Work with cross-functional stakeholders throughout product development, from concept and requirements gathering through testing and release. Use AI tools to support research, analysis, documentation, development, and problem-solving while maintaining accuracy and quality. Technologies:
