Mobile RN Infusion Nurse - Home IV Therapy & Visits

Jefferson Health is seeking a Mobile RN Home Infusion nurse to plan, coordinate, and provide individualized nursing care in patients’ homes within the Philadelphia region, Southern NJ, and parts of DE. The role reports to Care Team Leader or Nurse Manager and involves travel to patient sites. You will assess patients, administer IV therapies, educate families, and ensure timely documentation. Strong communication with the care team is essential and on-call responsibilities are included. #J-18808-Ljbffr Jefferson Health
