Manage infusion center operations, including scheduling, prior authorizations, and clinical order reviews; maintain clear communication with providers, payers, and care teams. Provide patient- and family-centered education about treatment plans; assess understanding and document teaching efforts to support informed care. Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record, medication administration logs, and transfusion records in compliance with hospital policies. Support port care and infusion-related procedures; participate in care coordination for an average patient load of 15–20 visits per day in a busy infusion center. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient flow and treatment planning within the infusion center and related services.
