Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess the severity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms.

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs, goals, and preferences of each client, ensuring to incorporate evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Deliver therapy sessions, both individually and in group formats, focusing on delivering quality interventions that foster personal insight and skill development.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies to foster understanding and improve coping skills.

• Regularly monitor client progress, track outcomes, and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal care.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care to clients, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards to support client care and organizational goals.

The primary focus of this role is to support clients struggling with mood disorders such as depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. Qualifications\n

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
