As a Telehealth counselor, you will work fully remotely, utilizing cutting-edge technology to connect with your clients via virtual platforms. Our telehealth facility focuses on creating a supportive online environment that minimizes barriers to care, while ensuring the safety, confidentiality, and comfort of our clients. The flexibility of remote work allows you to balance personal commitments while making a tangible impact in the lives of those you serve. Typical working hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

• Manage and maintain a caseload of clients, fostering supportive and professional relationships while adhering to ethical guidelines.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess progress, ensure emotional stability, and discuss ongoing treatment and potential discharge plans.
\n
• Develop, implement, and actively monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring they address specific goals and challenges.
\n
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions, including progress notes and treatment outcomes, in compliance with organizational standards.
\n
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate new clients and determine appropriate treatment courses.
\n
• Engage in individual supervision sessions to enhance professional growth, receive feedback, and improve counseling practices.
\n
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care and referral services to clients as needed.
\n
• Adopt a growth mindset, remaining open to learning and adapting therapeutic approaches to best meet client needs.

Our client base consists of diverse individuals, including children, adolescents, and adults struggling with various mental health challenges. These may include anxiety, depression, trauma, and family issues. You will work closely with clients to build a therapeutic rapport, helping them navigate their unique circumstances and develop coping strategies to lead fulfilling lives.

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
\n
• Current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential in the state of Pennsylvania.

• Minimum of two years of post-graduate experience providing clinical services in an outpatient setting.
\n
• Proficiency with telehealth technology and digital documentation systems to effectively manage client interactions.
\n
• Demonstrated experience delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
\n
• Skillfulness in conducting intake assessments and crafting tailored treatment plans.
\n

• Experience utilizing Evidence-Based Practices (EBPs) in treatment delivery.

• Familiarity with trauma-informed care principles, and an understanding of community resources and referrals.
\n
• Participation in continuous education and professional development initiatives to stay informed on best practices in mental health.

• Competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with performance-based bonuses.
