Immediate opening for an Industrial Maintenance Technician at a tire retreading facility. This position is responsible for maintaining and repairing conveyor systems and production equipment to keep operations running safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance on conveyor belts, production equipment, and related machinery.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues on manufacturing equipment.
• Inspect equipment for wear and replace parts as needed.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely and effectively.
• Assist with equipment installations, adjustments, and general facility maintenance.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.

Requirements:

• Previous industrial, manufacturing, or production maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical equipment and machinery.
• Familiarity with conveyors, rollers, bearings, chains, motors, and other production equipment is a plus.
• Ability to use hand tools and perform mechanical repairs.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.

• Tire Manufacturing or Retreading Experience

This is a hands-on maintenance role in a manufacturing environment and is best suited for candidates with experience maintaining production equipment rather than residential or apartment maintenance.
