Practice Manager - Coon Rapids

Wage Range: $80,000.00-$85,000.00 Essential Job Duties Works in coordination with the Doctors, Group Doctor Mentors, and Regional Operations Manager with full accountability for providing the highest level of service to Park Dental patients resulting in retention and referrals, ensuring all Team Members are trained and functioning within the Park Dental Service Excellence standards. Responsible for the operational and financial accountability of the dental practice, communicating any issues through the appropriate channels. Coordinate communication and meetings between the Doctors and Team Members. Effectively communicate and develop a strong working relationship with the Practice Doctors and promote teamwork through cooperative and professional behaviors. Follow and demonstrate commitment to the Park Dental policies, guidelines, professional expectations, and Service Excellence Standards. Responsible with the Doctors for the development of their annual business plans and assuring successful achievement of those plans. Conduct analysis and interpretation of monthly financial and operational performance of the practice to identify opportunities for improvement and communicate findings and recommendations to the Practice Doctors.
