The right candidate should carefully consider the following requirements before applying: At least 5 years of successful on-premise sales experience in the alcoholic beverage industry. A natural passion for winning new business, opening high-volume accounts, and growing sales — not simply maintaining relationships. Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of managing a demanding workload. A modern approach to selling, including effective use of CRM, technology, and data to identify and develop high-potential accounts. A clear understanding that distributors support sales efforts, but successful salespeople take personal responsibility for generating demand. Must currently reside in Miami-Dade County and be willing to travel throughout South Florida .
