Department OperationsLevelEntry LevelLocationManilaThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.Job Description:You will be responsible to plan, coordinate and carry out sourcing and onboarding of manpower agenciesYou will conduct interviews with the vendors, evaluate their performances based on their pitch, negotiate on the terms of business and close the deals that are in mutual agreement between the entity and the vendorsYou will work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders, internally (recruitment legal, procurement etc) and externally (vendors)You will prepare training materials for the vendors and & ensure the the standard operating guidelines are in placeYou will also need to schedule and provide training to all new vendors, ensuring that their knowledge is sufficient prior to operationsYou will need to make sure that the operations meet the targeted SLAs by general management by exhibiting your problem solving and employee coaching/training skills wherever needed.You will have to provide data reports & identify potential improvements to existing processes & improve the efficiency of your team.You should carry the Shopee Values in your work while continuously improving your output & attain a sustained level of delivery performance improvementRequirements:Experienced in recruiting vendors, preferably manpower agenciesStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsWell-versed with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Powerpoint, Word etc)Degree or diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management or relevant disciplines is preferred.
