The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.Job Description:Process bi-weekly payroll and weekly incentives for Shopee Xpress Fleet and Backroom ensuring accuracy in pay rates, deductions and statutory benefitsReview and validate payroll data for accuracy and addressing any discrepancies prior payroll submissionEnsure data integrity and confidentialityRespond to Service Provider inquiries regarding payroll and incentivesAnalyze Payroll data to identify trends and variancesProvide recommendations for process improvements to enhance efficiency and improve accuracyPartner with Strategy teams to ensure accurate incentives schemes are followed to specific incentives periodRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/FinancePayroll regulations and compliance requirementsGoogle Platforms / Microsoft ExcelE-commerce and LogisticsExcellent analytical skills, problem-solving and organizational skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracy in data managementAbility to manage sensitive information confidentiallyStrong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration #J-18808-Ljbffr Shopee
