Finance Coordinator

Job Type: Full Time Location: Goway Manila Reporting to: Finance Team Lead Salary: Php 21,000 - 23,000 Role Type: Replacement Job purpose: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance specialist to join our dynamic team. The Finance Specialist plays a key role in supporting financial operations by processing supplier invoices, reconciling statements, and ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions. The role requires a high level of attention to detail and strong analytical skills to support the company's financial integrity. What will be your key responsibilities? Financial Operations & Processing Manage both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions to ensure smooth financial operations. Process and review supplier invoices and support month-end closing activities as required. Execute supplier payments in accordance with agreed terms while maintaining strong internal controls. Generate customer invoices, monitor incoming payments, and follow up on outstanding receivables to ensure timely collection. Perform supplier and customer statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly. Respond to supplier and client inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and complete financial recording. Assist with ad hoc financial tasks and reporting requirements as needed. What are we looking for? Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality/Tourism, or a related field. At least 1 year of relevant work experience. Familiarity with accounting systems and tools is an advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Strong prioritization and time management skills. Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Highly detail-oriented with an ability to concentrate for extended periods. What can you expect from Goway?
