Seller Live Analytics Project Intern (TikTok Shop Operations) - 2026 Starts (BS/MS) Location: New York Employment Type: Intern Job Code: A248762 Responsibilities Be responsible for the live streaming strategies of merchants in key markets. Formulate incentive policies through rights and interests such as traffic, governance/experience, subsidies, commercialization, and merchant live streaming tools, etc., to promote the efficient growth of the industry and merchant live streaming. Build and improve product capabilities that help merchants grow, such as merchant tools and data platforms. Explore and precipitate the growth paths of merchant live streaming for different business types, continually improving business capabilities through diagnostic analysis tools, benchmarking cases, and curriculum development. Formulate and optimize platform governance and experience rules in line with development of merchant live streaming to ensure healthy, orderly, high-speed development of business environment. Qualifications Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in Business or related fields. Proven skills in logical thinking, business analysis ability, systematic thinking and critical thinking ability. Proven skills in learning ability, execution ability, stress resistance and strong communication, coordination, resource integration, and project management ability. Compensation and Benefits Hourly rate: $25. Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more. Interns receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year). Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for housing allowance.
