• Job Type: Temp to Hire
• Hours : 2nd shift - 2nd Shift: 3:30pm - 12am Monday thru Friday with weekend work & OT available after training.

Position Overview

Entry level equipment operator to run a transfer machine. A transfer machine dye sublimates 10’ wide printed paper onto 10’ wide fabric at 400 degrees Fahrenheit. It is a fairly physically demanding job, so need a candidate who is ok with heavy lifting.

Looking for a temp-to-hire candidate and want to find somebody who wants to spend many years here learning other equipment that we have in the facility as well. We have a lot of printing and cutting oriented equipment available to learn. Lots of opportunity to learn and become a valuable asset to the company for years to come.

Job Responsibilities

• Operates equipment and machinery used for processes such as packaging, bindery, finishing and print production not requiring highly specialized training or certifications.
• May do setups, adjustments and cleanups. At higher levels may include equipment with multiple inline processes.
• Operates equipment in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Reads and interprets work orders, blueprints and diagrams to select, position and secure machinery.
• Adjusts machine settings to complete tasks accurately, according to specifications, within quality guidelines and in a timely fashion.
