Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW-C, LCPC, LCMFT)

LifeStance Health invites qualified Licensed Therapists (LCPC, LCSW-C, LCMFT) in Maryland to join our clinical team. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality, evidence‑based mental health services to adults, children, and adolescents through both in‑person and digital platforms. Responsibilities Provide individual and group therapy to a diverse patient population. Develop and implement treatment plans that integrate with our evidence‑based practice model. Document therapeutic interventions and progress in the electronic health record. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care. Participate in ongoing quality improvement and continuing education. Qualifications Current, active license in Maryland as LCPC, LCSW‑C, or LCMFT. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience with adult and/or child and adolescent populations. Demonstrated commitment to clinical excellence and patient‑centered care. Strong communication, organizational, and technology skills. Compensation & Benefits Annual salary range $82,000 to $105,600, based on productivity. Sign‑on bonus available.
