ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee Customer Service Center Operations at multiple campuses including but not limited to receiving electronic, telephonic, or walk-in service requests, and inputting the requests in customer designated system(s).
• Overseeing Special Event coordination to include but not limited to providing conference center support and ensuring all logistical activities needed to make these events successful our planned and conducted in a professional manner to support mission objectives.
• Overseeing management of official travel for customer personnel.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 4 years' experience in management role overseeing customer-service operations.
• Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM); Customer Service Excellence Certification.

PREFFERRED EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

Compensation Details:

$125,000 to $175,000
