Data Entry / Customer Service Rep
All StarZ Staffing is hiring a Data Entry / Customer Service Rep for an immediate opening at a transportation and logistics services company in Kent, WA, near Carpinito Brothers and Blue Origin. This Data Entry / Customer Service Rep role focuses on accurate data entry, administrative support, and supporting daily logistics operations. We're looking for someone with freight forwarding experience and strong communication skills. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity.

Pay: $25 per hour.
Schedule: Day shift, 8am 5pm.
Duties: This Data Entry / Customer Service Rep role supports day-to-day operations by entering and updating data, responding to emails, and assisting customers by phone. You may also use internal systems to help track and manage transportation-related information.
Job Location:
- Kent, WA, near Carpinito Brothers and Blue Origin, right off Hwy 167
- Bus line accessible: The job site is just a 5-minute walk from the nearest King County Metro stop (Routes 153 & 161)
- Conveniently located near Denny's and other local dining options
Schedule:
- Monday Friday
- Day shift: 8am 5pm

Data Entry / Customer Service Rep Duties:
- Use Microsoft Outlook to respond to emails
- Answer phones and assist with customer inquiries
- Enter and update data accurately in company systems
- Use TMS (Transportation Management System) or similar software to support operations
- Maintain organized digital records
Data Entry / Customer Service Rep Qualifications:
- Prior freight forwarding experience required
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Outlook
- Basic understanding of TMS (Transportation Management System) preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to maintain regular attendance
