Data Entry Clerk

AAMG Digital is looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team. Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems accurately and efficiently.
• Verify and cross-check data for errors or inconsistencies.
• Organize and maintain electronic and paper files.
• Assist with data collection and report generation as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure data integrity and consistency.
• Perform routine quality checks to ensure accuracy of data entries.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data management is a plus.
• Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role preferred.
• Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with data entry software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members.
