The General Laborer plays a vital role in supporting skilled trades by performing manual labor tasks typically in an outdoor environment. Working as part of a small team, this role involves moderate physical activity and the use of power tools to assist with various construction and maintenance duties.
Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks to support construction and maintenance activities
- Assist skilled trades workers with equipment setup and project preparation
- Operate power tools safely and efficiently as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite
- Follow safety protocols to prevent injuries and accidents
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks
- Communicate clearly with team members to coordinate work efforts
Required Qualifications
- Physical stamina to sustain moderate physical activity
- Basic knowledge and use of hand and power tools
- Awareness and adherence to safety standards

- Strong communication abilities
