Onsite Delivery Manager (ODM)
Location Houston, TX, Local to Houston - Mandatory
Onsite delivery manager accountable for delivery of a large IT engagement that spans across multiple applications, infrastructure and service portfolios. Manage and govern programs, projects and managed services. Collaborate with onsite-offshore teams and customer stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement, high NPS scope and profitable growth.
Skill Requirement:
- 20+ years of IT experience, delivering large programs such as ERP transformations, application and infrastructure managed services
- Understands IT operations on SLAs, KPIs, budgets, margins
- Excellent in customer relationship and stakeholder management
- Excellent communication skills, written and oral
- Proactive and forward looking (staying ahead of the curve)
- Well versed with large to mid-tier customer IT landscape
- Good knowledge of ITSM processes, ServiceNow knowledge is a plus
- Should've used tools and accelerators for automations, continuous improvements and optimization
- Knowledge of AI/GenAI, RPA is a plus
- Should have experience of managing large offshore teams & has collaborated across onsite-offshore and customer teams effectively
- Understanding of business processes is must, knowledge of Oil & Gas industry is a plus
- Effectively manage and govern delivery of engagement across multiple work streams & customer stakeholders
- Great team player and a leader who coaches his/her team
- Knowledge of JD Edwards/EBS & Oracle ERP Cloud is a plus
