Marketing Operations Associate

What You'll Do: Scour the internet daily for the latest content trends (yes, get paid to be on social media, seriously!) to help brands reach millions of people Oversee day-to-day management of our content tools and their usage by brands and creators Help creators execute the creation and distribution of new viral content ideas Maintain relationships with brands and take ownership over their success Works closely with the Product and Engineering teams to further develop the platform to serve exceptional content at scale Early-career (0-3 years experience) with strong execution and communication skills, ideally a major in Marketing or Communications Comfortable operating in fast-moving startup environments Highly organized with natural attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skills, as you'll talk with brands and creators regularly Excited about marketing, the creator economy, and social media Proactive problem-solver who moves quickly without needing hand-holding Excited about coming into the office every day to work with and learn from other team members Based in St. Louis (required!)
