Position and Responsibilities Requirements: Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring a fast, accurate, friendly experience for customers. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness. Shift Managers may plan for each shift, monitor performance, ensure adherence to standards, monitor safety and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare for the next shift. May be responsible for meeting targets during shifts and helping departments meet goals. As a Shift Manager, you may be responsible for: Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Qualifications: Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
