Almega Management is expanding its team in Dublin, OH and is looking for motivated, personable individuals to join us as Customer Service Representatives . This is a full-time, in-person opportunity for candidates who enjoy helping people, communicating with customers, and working in an energetic team environment. The position provides hands-on experience in customer service, customer support, account assistance, client relations, customer experience, sales support, and professional communication.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for customers throughout Dublin and the greater Columbus area . You will assist with questions, provide information about available products and services, support account needs, and help create a positive customer experience from start to finish.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and approachable manner
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, promotions, and account options
• Listen to customer questions and identify appropriate next steps or solutions
• Assist customers with new accounts, service selections, upgrades, and account changes
• Provide ongoing customer support and follow-up when necessary
• Help resolve general customer questions or concerns with a solution-focused approach
• Build positive customer relationships through clear and consistent communication
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions and account activity
• Stay current on client services, promotional offers, and program updates
• Work alongside team members to support customer satisfaction and service goals

Key Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Available to work full-time and on-site in Dublin, OH
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly and professional approach to customer interactions
• Dependable, organized, and comfortable learning new information
• Ability to listen, problem-solve, and communicate solutions clearly
• Comfortable working with customers face-to-face
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage multiple customer needs while staying organized
• Customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, or other client-facing experience is helpful but not required
