Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 Why This Opportunity Stands Out Take ownership of master data governance and data quality initiatives across a growing organization Partner closely with Finance, Procurement, AP, AR, and IT teams to influence key business processes Gain exposure to ERP enhancements, data migrations, integrations, and process improvement projects Help build and standardize governance frameworks that improve operational efficiency and reporting accuracy Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives that create measurable business impact Work in a highly visible cross-functional role with opportunities to collaborate across multiple departments Join a growing company where your recommendations and process improvements can directly shape future operations Receive bonus eligibility along with comprehensive healthcare, 401(k) match, PTO, and holiday benefits Key Responsibilities For The Sr. Analyst, Finance – Data Governance Manage supplier and customer master data governance, maintenance, and onboarding processes Identify and resolve data quality issues, duplicate records, and process inefficiencies Develop and maintain governance policies, controls, and documentation standards Partner with AP, AR, Procurement, Finance, and IT teams to improve workflows and data accuracy Support ERP system enhancements, data migrations, and integration initiatives Develop reporting, KPIs, and metrics to monitor data quality and process effectiveness Qualifications For The Sr. Analyst, Finance – Data Governance Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field 4+ years of experience in AP, AR, Shared Services, Finance Operations, Data Governance, or Master Data Management Experience managing supplier and customer master data and related governance processes ERP experience with SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar platforms
