We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Clerk to provide excellent service to guests and assist with the daily operations of the hotel. The Front Desk Clerk will be responsible for welcoming guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, answering questions, and addressing guest needs in a professional manner.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Check guests in and out of the hotel.
• Make and manage reservations and update guest information.
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest questions and requests.
• Handle payments, cash, and credit card transactions accurately.
• Provide information about hotel services, policies, and local attractions.
• Address guest concerns and work to resolve issues promptly.
• Communicate with housekeeping and other hotel staff regarding room availability and guest needs.
• Maintain an organized and clean front desk area.
• Follow hotel policies and procedures to ensure a positive guest experience.

Skills and Experience:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to handle cash and payments accurately.
• Professional and friendly attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous hotel or customer service experience is preferred but may not be required.
• Must be dependable and able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
