What You’ll Do Provide consultation and training to teachers, staff, and families Conduct behavioral assessments and evaluations Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Serve as a clinical educator , guiding and supporting school staff Observe, assess, and supervise behavioral service delivery in the classroom Help students thrive academically and socially Minimum Requirements Current BCBA certification (BACB required) Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field Preferred experience in school-based behavioral services Minimum 1 year pediatric experience (preferred) Ability to comply with all professional standards and regulations CPR certification (if applicable) TB screening: questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray (if applicable) Current health certificate (per state/contract requirements) Must meet all federal, state, and local regulations Must be 18+ years old Position Details Location: California Setting: School-Based (BCBA – Education Services) Schedule: 35 hours/week Start Date: August 3, 2026 Contract Length: 1 Year Openings: 1 Benefits Competitive pay & weekly paychecks Health, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) savings plan Awards and recognition programs Amergis is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
